The Avisi are a powerful and melodic Indie/Rock band from South Wales. The band broke out on the music  in late 2009 in the humble valleys of South Wales, UK. Since then, they have encapsulated a new but familiar indie/rock sound, with powerful and catchy melodic songs. Infusing this with powerful guitar riffs and energized performances, the band excite all who come to watch them.

Currently, ‘The Avisi’ are busy in the studio recording a brand new EP due to come out in Summer 2010. Demand is already high for the disc. In addition ‘The Avisi’ are recording a promotional video which will feature on all of the popular video websites. This will appear late Summer time 2010. All this, plus gigging regularly around the country, ‘The Avisi’ are more than busy.

With modern influences such as 'The Killers', 'Kasabian', 'and The Enemy'. The Avisi have been together for 6 months and have currently gigged vastly around the Country.
